(ĐN)- Over the past three months, 53 clients have accessed the Government’s 30 trillion VND package designed to timulate demand and supply of social housing, reported Dong Nai branch of State Bank of Vietnam,
Accordingly, VND33.68 billion of the package had been disbursed to borrowers who are in need of housing that met criteria on price (below VND15 million per square metre) and floor space (below 70 square metres).
Particularly, Dong Nai branch of Vietinbank lent VND2.1 billion, Bien Hoa industrial park branch of Vietinbank, VND17.73 billion, Dong Nai branch of BIDV, VND13.14 billion, Dong Nai branch of Vietcombank, VND712 million.
