According to the report from the department, the customs sector’s budget revenue in Jan-July period reached VND7,455 billion, fulfilling 55.34 percent of the target.
At the working session, Vice Chairman Tran Minh Phuc urged the department continue its efforts to help local exporters and importers complete customs procedures faster with less paperwork and time for goods clearance, create favorable conditions for enterprises and investors.
In the remaining months, the Vice Chairman asked the customs sectors to work hard to ensure budget collection at the highest level.
