(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Department of Customs has expanded e-customs procedures for its all branches in the province.
By the end of June, 2011, 100 per cent branches of Dong Nai Department of Customs have applied e-customs procedures for all types of import and export commodities in the province.
Additional 187 enterprises in the province implemented e-customs clearance procedures in the first half of this year and more than 82 per cent of electronic customs clearance were implemented at branches of Dong Nai customs department provincewide.
E-customs procedures have shorten the time it took for goods to be cleared through customs, facilitating more efficient import-export activities.
