Dong Nai establishes eleven additional IPs over past 5 years

(ĐN)- Dong Nai has established eleven additional industrial zones over the past five years, bringing the number of the province’s IPs to 30, covering an area of over 9.5 thousand hectares, according to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.

So far, 6.3 thousand hectares of land in Dong Nai’s IPs has been leased to investors or 61% of total rentable area of Dong Nai’s IPs have been occupied by investors. In addition, Dong Nai have invested in two projects to develop hi-tech agriculture in the province, including Bio-technology Application Research Center in Cam My district with a total estimated cost of VND1 trillion, and Dofico Industrial-Agricultural Complex in Xuan Loc district with a total investment of VND1.96 trill.

So far, Dong Nai has deployed to set up 40 industrial complexes with an area of nearly 2,000 hectares.
