(ĐN)- Boosted by increased supply and the entry of a new harvesting season, the price of mangoes in Dong Nai droped to VND 8.5000 – VND 9,000 per per kilogramme in March, down by VND 3,000 – VND 4,000 compared with the previous month. With this price, local farmers can get a profit of VND 50 million – VND 60,000 million every hectare of mango after the production cost is deducted.
Dong Nai now has more than 7,000 hectares under mango cultivation.
Mango cultivation in the province is largely concentrated in the three districts of Dinh Quan, Vinh Cuu and Xuan Loc.
