The mill will have a capacity of 150,000 tonnes per year and will employ 400 labourers.
Cold-rolled steel is used to make different types of roofing and steel sheets used in construction, industry, and mechanical engineering.
Products will be provided for local demand and exported to Southeast Asian, European and American markets.
