Construction materials will make a heavy contribution to the growth.
Items that is expected to achieve good growth in this year included food and agricultural product processing, up 26%, textile-garments-footwear, up 23%, paper industry, 11%, and mechanics, 20%.
However, output of power and water sectors in 2010 is estimated to fall 32.5 percent against previous year.
