Dong Nai’s income tax revenue reaches VND1,180 bil in 2010

(ĐN) - Dong Nai’s revenue from income tax in 2010 reached VND1,180 billion or 147.5 percent of the whole year’s estimates, said Director of Dong Nai Taxation Bureau Nguyen Quoc Hung.

(ĐN) - Dong Nai’s revenue from income tax in 2010 reached VND1,180 billion or 147.5 percent of the whole year’s estimates, said Director of Dong Nai Taxation Bureau Nguyen Quoc Hung. Particularly, taxable incomes from salaries accounted for VND909 billion, incomes from business was VND45 billion, from capital investment, VND8.8 billion, from real estate transfer, VND156.7 billion, lottery winnings, VND59.6 bil and others.

Dong Nai is one of three localities nationwide selected to start the Personal Income Tax Management project (PIT) in 2011.

FPT IS was the primary contractor of PIT under the contract signed with General Department of Taxation of Vietnam in order to help the State manage about 13 to 15 million tax payers. So far, this has been the software managing the largest amount of objects in Asian region.
