(ĐN)- According to the figure released by the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), Dong Nai’s industrial parks (IPs) managed to lease out 77.74 hectares of land to investors in 2010, equaling 77.74 percent of the yearly target, up 8 percent over the same period last year.
(ĐN)- According to the figure released by the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), Dong Nai’s industrial parks (IPs) managed to lease out 77.74 hectares of land to investors in 2010, equaling 77.74 percent of the yearly target, up 8 percent over the same period last year. So far, 3.725 out of 6,339 hectares of land in Dong Nai’s IPs has been leased to investors or 58.77% of total rentable area of Dong Nai’s IPs have been occupied by investors . Of which, most of land at the industrial parks of Amata, Nhon Trach 2, Nhon Phu and Dau Giay has been leased.
