(ĐN)- According to the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Industry and Trade, the province’s trade deficit likely jumped to around US$1.44 billion in the first eleven months of the year. Dong Nai’s export turnover reached an estimated US$6.48 billion while the province imported products worth US$ 7.92 billion during the first 11 months of the year.

In November alone, export commodities earned US$557.7 million in revenue, increased by 2.8 percent over the previous month while the import value surpassed US$664 million, up 2.5 percent over the previous month
Commodities that experienced a significant increase in export turnover included coffee (up 7.2 percent), honney (up 16.5 percent), cashew nuts (up 1.5 per cent) and footwear (up 7.5 percent).
