The figure has jumped 9.75% over the same period last year and 8.1% from last December, making this year’s revised target of containing CPI at 8% impossible.
The strongest increase is seen in food construction materials. Gold and dollar prices saw sharp increases at 10.39% and 4% respectively, affecting some groups of consumer goods and making imported commodity prices spiral.
Ha Noi suffers the sharpest CPI increase of 1.93% in November while HCM city, with 1.73%.
