Particularly, the collection from central state-owned enterprises rose by nearly 46% to more than VND316 bil, from foreign invested enterprises grew by 53.2% to over VND932 bil, from local state-owned enterprises increased 20% to VND437.7 bil, collection from individual income tax raised 39% to more than VND227 bil, land use right transfer tax increased 138 percent to approximately VND240 billion.
