(ĐN)- According to the survey by the market research company VietRees, there will be a strong increase in the purchase of residential homes in Dong Nai like attached houses, villas and apartments…. in 2010 onwards. Meanwhile, there will be a decrease by 75% in the purchase of residential land plots in the province for the 2010-2011 period compared to over 90% in previous years.
The survey also showed that over 50 per cent of real estate buyers in Dong Nai’s market believed there would be a surge in property prices in the province in the next two years.
