(ĐN)- According to the latest survey by Vietnam Real Estate Company (VietRees), the real estate market in Dong Nai will attract strong interest from investors in the coming time, especially foreign investors. Over 50 per cent of real estate buyers in Dong Nai’s market said that they will continue to invest in the province. Most of them forecasted that price of real estate in Dong Nai would go up by 20-30 per cent within the next two years. Currently, buyers shows strong interests in the purchase of medium and low-cost housing. However, high-cost houses in convenient locations and good infrastructure will draw more attention from the buyers in the future.
