((ĐN)- Dong Nai province’s Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development on Thursday held a meeting to discuss a plan for reorganization and equitization of State-owned enterprises (SOEs) in 2010. Under this plan, Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation (Donataba) and Dong Nai Import Export Processing Agricultural Product Company (Donafoods) will be transformed into one-member limited liability companies while Corporation for the development of Bien Hoa Industrial Zone (SONADEZI) will become a corporation not later than July 1. In addition, other 4 SOEs in the province are expected to complete their equitization process this year. The province’s Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development also urged SOEs which have adopted parent-subsidiary model to look across their key projects to achieve the best results for projects.
