The southern province of Dong Nai has so far this year licensed 29 new foreign-invested projects and 38 other existing projects for additional investment, with a combined capital of US$2.78 billion.

The past 11 months had seen the highest level of foreign direct investments (FDI) in the province so far, said the provincial Department for Planning and Investment.
Investments licensed during the reviewed period represent an increase of 6.7 per cent year-on-year, and are 39 per cent over the yearly target.
