Farmers net nearly VND 20 million in profit from growing soybean on a hectare

(ĐN)- Presently, the total area under soybean cultivation in districts of Dinh Quan, Xuan loc and Cam My is almost 500 hectares because many farmers in these localities have shifted to soybean farming.

(ĐN)- Presently, the total area under soybean cultivation in districts of Dinh Quan, Xuan loc and Cam My is almost 500 hectares because many farmers in these localities have shifted to soybean farming. The yield ranged from 1.8 tonnes to 2 tonnes per hectare per crop. At the sale price of 12,000 VND per kilo, farmers can gain between 18 million VND and 20 million VND per hectare after the production cost is deducted.
