(ĐN)- Last week, Nhon Trach district’s People’s Committee organized an announcement ceremony of a detailed planning of Nhon Trach’s new urban area in Nhon Trach district. According to the plan, the new urban area will cover an area of 600 ha that straddles three communes of Vinh Thanh, Phuoc An and Long Tan. It will include a business and financial centre and a residential area to accommodate around 90,000 permanent residents and 137,000 migrant population. Nhon Trach is expected to become a major social and economic centre in Dong Nai Province by 2020. Nhon Trach City Center; the first satellite township concept in Nhon Trach District of Dong Nai Province; incorporates housing, commercial and recreational complexes to present the opportunity for the elite in Vietnam to experience luxury life where home, work, business and play are all within reach in a secured environment.
