(ĐN)- Recently, the 9th group of commercial banks in Dong Nai province including Agribank, Vietcombank, Vietinbank, BIDV and Bien city branch of Vietinbank have signed a mutual agreement in 2009. In 2008, these banks mobilised deposits worth VND 17 trillion, up 20 percent over 2007. Last year, they netted a debit balance amounting to more than VND 15 trillion while keeping bad debt below 3 per cent of total outstanding loans. Under the agreement, the 9th group of commercial banks committed to fulfill or exceed targets set for this year and actively respond to the campaign campaign on following President Ho Chi Minhs moral examples.
