The defendants – Dong Nam Production Ltd., Young Poong Vina Production Ltd., Tan Chi Mei Ltd., and Moscow Champagne Co. – each owed between VND81 million
($4,500) and VND2 billion ($112,500), said the agency’s Deputy Director Pham Minh Thanh.
The suit has been filed at the People’s Court in the town of
Thanh said the company would probably file similar suits against other companies later this year.
According to the agency, 40 businesses still owe more than VND30 billion ($1.6 million) in social insurance fees.
