According to plan, in 2009, the credit funds will pay special attention to capital mobilisation and management, focus on training human resources to meet development demands in the new situation.
So far, Dong Nai has established 30 grassroots people’s credit funds with more than 35,600 members, 27 of which have come into operation. In 2008, the funds recorded a total outstanding loan balance of over VND360 billion, 20 percent higher than that of previous year.
