In Nhon Trach district, only 1,680 employees abandoned their jobs after Tet, accounting for 6.8%. In Long Thanh district, more than 80 percent of workers returned to work after the holidays. The figure was nearly 100 percent in Trang Bom district.
However, the province’s enterprises are still facing a labourer shortage. The companies with high recruitment demand involved Kenda Rubber Company, Sanlim furniture, Nam Yang, Hwaseung Vina Yushin, etc.
