Accordingly, foreign-invested enterprises took the lead with a total industrial production value of VND54,893 billion, up 24 percent. It was followed by non-State domestic enterprises with VND9,894 billion, up 22.7 percent; the central state-owned enterprises with VND8,614 billion, up 11.3 percent; local state-owned enterprises with VND2,964 billion, up 2.5 percent.
