Ground-breaking ceremony of Bien Hoa City Square held

(ĐN)- In the morning of September 9, Berjaya-D2D Company, a joint venture between Malaysian Berjaya Group and Industrial Urban Development J.S Company No 2 (D2D), held a ground-breaking ceremony for the Bien Hoa City Square.

The $230 million project was licensed on April 2008 and expected to start construction by the end of the year. The Bien Hoa City Square, including a five-start hotel, trade centre and high class apartments, is built on an area of 2.5 hectares in Thong Nhat ward.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai said that Dong Nai will create favorable conditions and give priority to develop the high-class service projects like Bien Hoa City Square aiming to promote the growth of service sector.
