This was the highest increase over the past three years. Particularly, the collection from the local state-owned enterprises grew by 33.28 percent, collection from non-state enterprises increased 34 percent, from individual income tax rose 69.41 percent, land use right transfer tax up 181.7 percent, land use tax of 333.6 percent and registration fees of 88.55 percent.
