(ĐN)- Department of Information and Communications, Farmers’ Association, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development signed a coordination agreement on May 20 to step up the application of information technology in agricultural production. Accordingly, from now until 2013, more than VND6 billion will be invested to set up information infrastructure for farmers’ associations at all levels; training and developing skills in the application of information technology in production, building websites for the provincial Farmers’ Association and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to share information as well as introduce agricultural products in remote areas.
