Dong Nai Materials and Construction Investment Joint Stock Co will auction 2.3 million shares at an initial price of 12,500 VND per share at the HCM City Stock Exchange on December 21.
The auction is intended to reduce the State’s stake in the company. Foreign investors will be limited to no more than 30 percent of shares.
The company has charter capital of 88.4 billion VND (5.5 million USD), of which the State owns 77 percent, outside investors 21 percent, and company executives 1.58 percent.
Between January and September earned 84 billion VND (5.2 million USD) in revenues, netting a profit of 9.7 billion VND (604,000 USD).
