(ĐN)- According to Director of the Vietcombank’s Bien Hoa branch Le Van Quyet, after nearly one year of operation as first-level branch under Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, the VCB Bien Hoa has reached a high growth rate. Until the end of October, the branch hit total total mobilized capital of VND695 billion, an increase of 32 percent compared to the beginning of the year; of which capital mobilized from individual customers increased by 54 percent at VND479 billion. Its turnover of import-export payment service reached US$123 million while the foreign currency trade and exchange turnover achieved US$110 million; debit balance of nearly VND800 billion. During the past ten months, the branch also issued additional 12,000 ATM cards.
On November 13, VCB Bien Hoa opened its first transaction office in Tan Mai ward, Bien Hoa city. The office will provide full package of banking products and services such as savings, loans, etc to individual customers and small enterprises in the local.
