Nearly 1,000ha of pepper plants in the southern province of Dong Nai has been devastated by a fungus-like disease, according to the provincial Department of Plant Protection.

To contain the blight nearly 400ha of pepper plants were destroyed.

 

Xuan Loc District suffered the worst infestation, and nearly 390ha were destroyed. Cam My and Tan Phu were also badly affected.
