(ĐN)- According to information released by the Department of Labour, Ward Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province, FDI enterprises in the province will recruit about 26,436 laborers from now until the end of this year. Especially, enterprises in Bien Hoa’s industrial zones (IZs) has the highest labor demand (50% of total labor demand), followed by enterprises in Nhon Trach’s IZs in need of 5,884 laborers and those in Long Thanh’s IZs in need of 2,760 laborers. There is a strong demand of manual labor in Dong Nai’s FDI enterprises, accounting for 81.4% of total labor demand.
Textile and garment, and shoe enterprises have high labor demand like Hwa Seung Vina, Chang Shin and Tae Kwang. Enterprises offer high wages and benefits and pay allowances like accommodation, transportation etc. to employees in order to attract labor force.
