(ĐN)- A ground-breaking ceremony to build a 8,593 sq.m trade centre and office building in Long Thanh district has just been held. This is the biggest project in the district with an investment capital of VND320 billion, funded by Dong Nai General Agriculture Service United Cooperative (Dona Co.op). It is estimated that the project, comprising four 9-18 floor buildings, will take approximately 2.5 years to complete.
The first phase of the project will be finished in the second quarter of 2008. It consists of a trade centre, restaurant, and 200 houses for lease with 4 stars standard.
