The HaSTC-Index of the Ha Noi Securities Trading Centre also recorded a 1.93 point decrease to finish up on 319.51 points
Over 4.8 million stocks worth 481 billion VND (30 million USD) changed hand on the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Centre (HoSTC), 78 shares fell, 19 stocks rose and 12 shares remained unchanged from the previous day.
The HaSTC also saw most listings mired in decline, 61 companies witnessed price dips, 16 shares showed gains and nine shares were unchanged.
The HaSTC closed with over 1.67 million shares worth over 232 billion (14.5 million USD) being traded.
