(ĐN)- From January until the middle of March, 224 new privately owned enterprises have been established in Dong Nai with a combined registered capital of around VND 735 billion. The figures saw a 19 percent increase in the number of enterprises set up over the same period last year, and a 35 percent increase in registered capital. Dong Nai province currently has 5,100 privately owned enterprises with a total registered capital of over VND16,600 billion.
In order to serve the enterprises better, Dong Nai province will continue simplify administrative procedures and deploy the implementation of Joint Circular No. 02/2007/TTLT-BKH-BTC-BCA. With this February 27 Joint Circular, the Planning and Investment Ministry, the Finance Ministry and the Public Security Ministry guide the coordination among state management agencies in carrying out administrative procedures for business and tax registration for, and the grant of seal engraving licenses to, enterprises set up and operating under the Enterprise Law.
