The IDJ put into operation in 2004. It is the first Vietnamese company specialized in buying and selling enterprises and projects; consulting, promoting investment, evaluating investment opportunities and matching investment; corporate evaluation for the purpose of enterprise transfer or acquisition; giving legal advice on investment cooperation; assisting Vietnamese enterprises in seeking domestic and foreign partners; organizing conferences on internal and external investment promotion; real estate trading, etc. According to Director of IDJ Tran Duc Thanh, Dong Nai with 27 industrial parks and thousands of enterprises is a good place to do business.
