(ĐN)- Dong Nai Paper Joint-Stock Company (Cogido) has just signed a contract to export about 20,000 tonnes of notebooks, with the price of US$1,000/ton, to US through Atico Company.
According to Mr. Ha Van Tien, the Personnel Manager of Cogido, the company has operated more effectively after equitization. Accordingly, monthly average income of a worker raised to approximately VND 2 million in 2006 from VND1.2 million in 2005. The managers’ salary increased from VND 1.5 million to more than VND 4 million. The Cogido’s President said that the company is now recruiting a general director with monthly salary of over US$1,000.
