Vinh Cuu district’s Farmers to display their products at APEC 2006 Trade Fair

(ĐN)- The Vietnam – APEC 2006 Trade Fair will take place from November 11-19 at Tao Dan Cultural Park in HCM City. On the occasion, Vinh Cuu district’s Farmer Association will also participate in the fair with two stalls.

(ĐN)-  The Vietnam – APEC 2006 Trade Fair will take place from November 11-19 at Tao Dan Cultural Park in HCM City. The exhibition, organised by the CAT Fair and Exhibition Company, will feature 700 stalls from 21 APEC economic members, as well as cultural activities to represent Viet Nam and other APEC members’ traditions, trade promotion activities and educational seminars.

On the occasion, Vinh Cuu district’s Farmer Association will also participate in the fair with two stalls. The first stall with an area of 18sq.m will be used to display and sell the local specialities such as Tan Trieu pomelo, pomelo wine and other products. At the second stall, the visitors will be able to enjoy delicious dishes like goi buoi (grapefruit salad), tiny shrimp, che buoi (porridges made with green bean, dried grapefruit pulp and coconut milk) and pomelo juice, etc.
