(ĐN) – A detailed planning of Ho Nai industrial zone (IZ) approved by the Ministry of Construction was officially announced on the morning of November 22 by the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA). Ho Nai IZ is located in Trang Bom district, neighboring Long Thanh district and Bien Hoa city.

(ĐN) – A detailed planning of Ho Nai industrial zone (IZ) approved by the Ministry of Construction was officially announced on the morning of November 22 by the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA). Ho Nai IZ is located in Trang Bom district, neighboring Long Thanh district and Bien Hoa city. Construction in phase I of Ho Nai IZ covers 226 hectares with total investment of approximately US$ 4.4 million. The leased area is nearly 107 hectares, around 73% of the land for lease. The phase II construction of the zone will cover an area of 271 hectares with the total area for lease of 178.3 hectares.
The preparatory work for the infrastructure construction of phase II is under way. Less polluting industries whose investments are encouraged in Ho Nai IZ: mechanical assembling industry, electrical appliances industry, consumer product manufacturing industry… This industrial zone is run by Ho Nai Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company under the Vietnam Rubber Corporation.Reported by Kim Loan
