(ĐN)- Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) under the Construction Ministry recently held an inauguration ceremony of 11-storey Thanh Binh apartment building in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot called upon HUD to continue researching and investing in house development projects which are encouraged in the province. He told that high-rise apartment building projects managed by professional investors like Thanh Binh project was very necessary for urban development in Dong Nai. HUD deployed successfully the first high rise apartment building project in Dong Nai, Deputy Minister of Construction Tong Van Nga said.
General Director of HUD Nguyen Dang Nam said Thanh Binh apartment building project was designed and built according to the standards of high technology. He also added that Thanh Binh apartment building project, compared to other apartment building projects in Southern built by HUD, was improved much.
