Go Dau B Wharf for vessels up to 15,000DWT puts into operation

(ĐN)- Go Dau B wharf is designed to accommodate vessels of up to 15,000DWT. It is 105m long, 22m wide. The new wharf is built to serve export - import cargoes and cargo flows to/from Go Dau and Long Thanh industrial parks. The Go Dau B wharf, with investment capital of US$2 million, is funded 25% by Dong Nai Port and 75% by loan capital from TPC-VINA plastic and chemical limited company. This is the largest project of Dong Nai port from before to now with an annual cargo loading and unloading capacity of 0.5 million tons. Accordingly, Dong Nai Port is expected to increase its annual cargo loading and unloading capacity to 1.8 million tons in 2006. Dong Nai port is planning to invest to build a new container wharf in the next time.
