(ĐN) - In 2005, Dong Nai’s privately owned economic sector attracted VND3,450 billion of invested capital in which, VND 2,420 billion was registered capital from 850 new projects and the remaining was additional capital from 330 projects operating in the province. The number of new projects has risen by 19% while capital has also increased by 39.6% compared to last year.
Until now, Dong Nai has about 4,050 privately owned enterprises with total capital of VND9,400 billion. Of which, VND2,010 billion was registered capital of 2,180 private enterprises, VND 3,690 billion of 1,750 limited liability companies and VND3,700 billion of 130 holding companies. The construction industry sector with the largest registered capital of VND 6400 billion was followed by the service and trade sector with the capital of VND2,800 billion. Besides, there have been 40 new enterprises in Dong Nai’s agriculture and forestry sector with total registered capital of VND60 billion during the year 2005.
