(ĐN) – Thanks to expand market penetration across world markets and bring the right kind of new products to export markets, Donafoods company expects to record an increase of US$ 8 million in export sales compared to 2004, standing close to US$42 million and generate pre-tax profits of over VND 13.4 billion in the fiscal 2005. During 2001-2005, Donafoods Company has topped the list of Vietnamese cashew nut exporters. Besides, Vietnam Golden Strong Brandname Cup has just awarded to Donafoods for its fast growing business by the Vietnam National Office of Intellectual Property.
In 2006, the company plans to boost its annual production capacity, with the target set at 9,000 tonnes of cashew nuts, 8,000 tonnes of cashew nut shell liquid, 1,500 tonnes of rubber latex ….
For fiscal 2006, the company also expects to achieve its overall turnover of more than VND 1,000 billion. In which, export sales is estimated worth US$ 52 million, an increase of US$ 10 million compared to the fiscal 2005.
