(ĐN)- Despite unfavorable weather conditions and other difficulties, Binh Loc Rubber Plantation has produced 2,587 tonnes of rubber latex over the past eleven months, up 7 tonnes compared to target 2005. Binh Loc Rubber Plantation is the first unit of Dong Nai Rubber Company to reach target 2005, one month earlier than scheduled. Binh Loc Rubber Plantation is expected to produce more 400 tonnes of rubber latex in December. Therefore, its annual production capacity is estimated to exceed 16% compared with the target.
Besides, Binh Loc provided financial aid to its employees to develop their home economics in order to improve their income and raise living standards. Furthermore, a daily meal for workers increased to VND 8000 with its better quality. The average income per employee in the Binh Loc Rubber Plantation was over VND 3 million in November.
