(ĐN)- Implemeting the equitization of State-owned enterprises as proposed by the Government, Dong Nai Cotton Company has registered to sell its stocks with the value of 5.4 billion VND.

(ĐN)- Implementing the equitization of State-owned enterprises as proposed by the Government, Dong Nai Cotton Company has registered to sell its stocks with the value of 5.4 billion VND. Until now, the company’s stocks have been registered buying by Vietnam Cotton Company and Dong Nai Agricultural Materials One-Member Limited Liability Company with the total value of 3 billion VND for each including 2.3 billion VND of auction and 0.7 billion VND of preferential price and other ones.

Board of Managers of the company unveiled that the stock auction would be held on July 18, 2005 with the lowest sold share price at 1,100 VND. After organizing the first meeting of shareholders, the company will be renamed the Eastern General Business and Cotton Shareholding Company.
