(ĐN) - In June 18, 05, Dong Nai Tobacco one-member limited liability company held an annual general meeting of the company for the year of 2005. Vice - chairwoman of the provincial Peoples’ Committee Dang Thi Kim Nguyen was present at the meeting.

Passing a year, the company has adopted a new model of business management, it exceeded the production target in 2004. Last year, its output value reached up VND 965 billions with a turnover hitting VND 968.9 billions; its profits earned about 160 per cent in comparison with the year’s plan and this increased up 38 per cent against 2003. Thanks to emulation movements being launched continually, the employees help together in working for gaining better results and take an active part in social activities. In 2004, the company employees donated over VND 138 million to relief organizations to build houses for the poor and war invalids or martyrs families as well as lending aids to people with their miseries and agonies, asking for help.
With the above achievements and efforts of the company employees in the production and social activities, the company was awarded certificates of merit and other honorable rewards by the Provincial Peoples’ Committee.
