Export turnover of handicrafts boosts

According to information as unveiled by Ministry of Trade, up to at the beginning of May 2005, the export turnover of handicrafts have reached up US$165 millions, it increased up 22 % against the same period last year.

According to information as unveiled by Ministry of Trade, up to at the beginning of May 2005, the export turnover of handicrafts have reached up US$165 millions, it increased up 22 % against the same period last year. The products have been exported to European , American, Japanese and Hongkong markets. These made of rattan, bamboo and hand-made pottery etc. that obtained best results . In 2005, turnover of handicrafts will be targeted at US$ 500 millions, this raised to 20% in comparison with last year.
