The 100-day peak campaign to promote the “Digital literacy for all” model across Dong Nai’s political system runs from September 17 to December 25, 2026. Progress is monitored weekly based on data from the online learning platform. The DoST has begun issuing electronic certificates to learners who complete the program.

The course is based on a multimedia learning package for the “Digital literacy for all – Digital National Assembly” drive, standardized and transferred by the National Assembly Standing Committee. The package contains 26 modules and 136 short video lectures covering digital transformation, digital technology and artificial intelligence, along with essential digital skills. Each lecture includes multiple-choice questions to assess learners’ understanding of the material.
