Over 1,500 social housing apartments in Phuoc An priced at VND 21.4 million per sq.m

The Water Electrical Mechanical Installation and Construction Joint Stock Company has announced that apartments at its social housing project on a 2.1-hectare site in Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai City, have an average selling price of more than VND 21.4 million per sq.m.

The social housing project, comprising more than 1,500 apartments in Phuoc An Commune, is currently under construction.

Specifically, the average selling price is VND 21,436,000 per sq.m of net usable floor area, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) but excluding maintenance fees and building management and operating costs.

The project comprises two 12-storey buildings with more than 1,500 apartments, providing housing for over 2,600 people. With a total investment of more than VND 1 trillion, construction began in January 2026. Block A is expected to be completed and put into use in the second quarter of 2027, while the entire project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028.

The project is currently on schedule. The project is intended to become a model social housing development in the city, offering reasonable prices, good construction quality and well-coordinated infrastructure. Once completed, the project will help meet the housing needs of workers, laborers, and low-income residents in the area.
