Over 500 students honored for academic excellence and good conduct

More than 500 students who are children of workers, civil servants and employees and have demonstrated strong academic performance and active personal development were honored and presented with awards by the Dong Nai City Labor Federation at the 2026 "Academic Excellence and Good Conduct" program on August 16.

Attending the ceremony were Le Thi Thai, Member of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization, along with representatives of various departments and agencies and the students.

Organized by the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, the "Academic Excellence and Good Conduct" commendation program aims to honor and encourage students who are children of trade union members and employees and have achieved outstanding results in their studies and personal development. The program is also a practical activity demonstrating the Trade Union's commitment to the well-being of employees' families and children. Through the program, the Dong Nai Trade Union hopes to provide further motivation for the students to continue striving in their studies and personal development, nurturing their dreams and becoming useful citizens for their families and society.

Speaking at the ceremony, Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai City Labor Federation, emphasized that caring for the children of trade union members and employees is among the activities to which the Trade Union organizations pay particular attention.

Timely commendation of students for their academic excellence and good conduct not only encourages the students themselves but also serves as an inspiration to their parents, who are workers and employees, helping them work with peace of mind and maintain a strong attachment to their workplaces. Through these efforts, the “Academic Excellence and Good Conduct” movement continues to spread the spirit of eagerness to learn among workers' families, contributing to building an environment in which employees' children receive care, encouragement, and additional opportunities for comprehensive development.
