Nestlé Tri An factory launches modern coffee production line

On August 21, at the Nestlé Tri An factory in Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai City, Nestlé officially put into operation a new glass-jar packaging line for soluble coffee, known as the Jar Line.

The line is among the modern coffee packaging systems in Nestlé's global production network, helping strengthen production and operational capacity, increase the value added to coffee beans, and reaffirm Nestlé's long-term investment commitment to Vietnam.

The Jar Line has a capacity of more than 350,000 coffee jars per day in its initial phase. It is designed with a high degree of automation, with synchronized operations from raw-material intake through finished-product completion, while offering flexibility across multiple product lines.

The closed-loop production model helps boost productivity, ensure operational stability, and maintain consistent product quality in line with Nestlé's global standards.

The Jar Line also marks a step forward in the digital transformation of the Nestlé Tri An factory. Sensors, cameras, and real-time data management systems enable comprehensive monitoring of the production process, supporting faster decision-making and improving data-driven operational efficiency. Soluble coffee products packaged in glass jars on the Jar Line are exported to 11 international markets, with further expansion expected in the future.

This helps strengthen Vietnam's capacity to manufacture products meeting international standards while reinforcing the Nestlé Tri An factory's role in Nestlé's global coffee production and supply network.
