The delegation comprises representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs and outstanding students with strong academic and extracurricular records from Dong Nai Technology University, Lac Hong University, Mien Dong Innovative Technology University, Dong Nai University, Dong Nai Medical College, and Vietnam National University of Forestry in Dong Nai.
As part of the program, the delegation took part in a wide range of cultural, tourism, and creative experiential activities characteristic of RoK. Highlights included experiencing the Mokpo marine cable car, learning about K-beauty trends and lifestyles, and exploring visual art combined with modern media technology (media art). The delegation also participated in K-culture and K-food experiential activities through traditional games and the direct preparation of several RoK dishes. These activities created an engaging setting conducive to close exchanges, helping young people from both countries gain a deeper understanding of each other's culture, customs, and daily life.
The program also featured a youth exchange at Chonnam National University (Yeosu Campus) and youth networking activities. These activities provided an opportunity for young people from both countries to meet, exchange ideas, and share distinctive aspects of their culture, daily life, and local youth activities, while learning about new models and approaches to mobilizing youth and promoting their role.

Through the program, Dong Nai youth are gaining further opportunities for global integration, enhancing their international communication skills, and promoting the image of their homeland and country.
